Hi everyone!!
I have just moved to Melbourne from the UK looking for work as a land surveyor. I have just moved into the Footscray area.
I'm 28 and have been a massive fan of Star Wars all my life.
I was part of a few garrisons in the uk and have a Sandtrooper and Biker Scout costume. Unfortunately they are still in the uk but as soon as i'm settled in i'll get them shipped over and hopefully start trooping with you all.
In my spare time I am an amateur filmmaker and have made my own Star Wars fan film which you can check out here. You can see my sandie here i'm the Sergeant with the white pauldron.
Looking forward to chatting with you all and making some new mates.

We've got one of our bigger Con's coming up in about 6ish weeks. I presume you're still numbered up yeah?

Looking forward to meeting you Gaz, you ought to get to Armeggedon on the 16th-17th of next month, a lot of us locals will be there and say hi, and there's a social on the night of the 16th to keep in mind too.
Oh and you'll want to be very careful about importing your blasters bud, our customs can be over-zealous at times in Victoria and they might remove and destroy them. If I understand it correctly [dont quote me] you might best be posting them to a helpful brother in Western Australia [or Queensland] as the import laws are less strict [I think] .. and then posting here to Vic. You can also go through declaring them and doing it that way. Fore-warning!
