The tally is coming up nicely. At this rate, the room hire will spread out to only a few dollars each. Does anyone have an opinion on the menu selection?

OK PPL. What is the consensus on menu choice? I am thinking that it might be the BBQ finger food with an extra choice(5 items) at $18 per head or the finger food menu #2 with a choice of 5 items from the list @ $17.50 per head. There are vege items on both of those. I will update the roll call tonight going from expressions from the previous thread. At this rate the cost of the room hire will be around $4- $5 each.
I have not posted a start time yet. Is 8pm too late? We have the room till midnight. Will people want to eat before they attend(therefore not requiring a large selection of finger food) or do we want a bigger food selection?
Please don't hesitate to pm me with any special requirements for the night or concerns about the lack of family-friendly content in the night's entertainment( I'll probably ingore any complaints about the latterhttp://forum.501tag.com/public/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif ).

If we let the place no in advance, can special dietary need such as vegitatrian be catered more extensively in the menu options?
