Hi,
I've finally got most of my Black officers outfit together, still on the hunt for boots and gloves. What do I need to do to upgrade my status from Recruit and also when I have the outfit together how do I go abouts getting it approved?

Good to hear your costume is coming together. In most cases, armoured costumes at any rate, Recruits will start a WIP thread to show how their kit is coming together. This also alerts the Command Staff to your costumes arrival, and allows us to upgrade you from Recruit to TAG Cadet. Once you costume is all together, you need to submit it to the GML for approval. Read THIS thread for all the tips on a successful aplication.
In the mean time, pop a pic up of your cossie so far (no need to be wearing it), and I'll get you bumped up to Cadet ;)
