“Name of Troop”

Location: "fill in where the troop was held"

Landscape/Weather: "type of Terrain at location, hot or cold, rain or sun"

Date / Time: "date of troop and what times it ran between"

Troopers: "TKID no.s of troopers followed by there first name"

Wranglers: "Name of helpers present"

Report: "main body of report, starting with details on what the troop was for, things that happened during the troop, who was there besides us and any thing that happens behind the scenes. Usually two to three paragraphs"

Summery: "brief summery of Troop"

Casualties: "if anyone was killed (troopers or otherwise) and some times those who were lucky they weren't"

Injuries: "Troopers hurt"

Armor Repairs: "If any armour was damaged, it goes here"

Happy People: "who was happy"

People not happy: "who wasn't happy and why"

Mission Status: "completed, not completed what ever".
