Fatal error when using the search function

I am getting the following message when using the search function in my assistant
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class class_ajax in /home/tag/public_html/forum/ips_kernel/class_ajax.php on line 27
Anyone having this issue? Help?!

i found this too. Was annoying me heaps last week when i was looking for a thread. No idea what I was after now but had this problem.

Fatal error? You look okay to me. It should be called a near-fatal error. :P

search function works fine from the home page but not from within the assistant window, no bother

OK got you. That don't seem to work for me either, but I never have used that assistant before either.
