Ive been waiting a few good weeks for the glue to come in, so i started to work on my helmet while i was waiting, and in my sense of feelings towards this helmet i say its turning out better than i thought it would; how i started was marking for the drill with a little scribbing tool so the drill piece didint slip, dont worry i did measure to see if everything was right, when the facial and back plate were pop riveted, there was a slight overlap and a miss measurement that i didnt check properly. the pop rivets were a little far back and high, i extended the black strip above the eyes to cover up the rivets; when i placed the ear pieces on to cover up the small gap, the ear pieces turned out to be a bit twisted and off course to where i wanted them to be. instead of using screws to hold the ear pieces, i used nuts and bolts (if you have already noticed, i dont trust screwsd that much), they were useful when i came to the gaps.had to take off some pieces to clean it up and replace, and so far it looks good, its not perfect, its good.

i even placed some foam squares inside to stop it moving around when im wearing it.

I thought the helmet was the hardest part. So once you've mastered that, the rest is bantha fodder .
Keep it up.

Nice work indeed!

Are you going for the Hero look? If not, you might mant to trim another couple of teeth out, like so:

im still planning on the helmet as i go along, and im still trying to get used to the stunt and hero difference, also with the lenses are they always green with this armor i have, and is it possible to get the proper black lenses.

Stunt has a bigger frown and 4 ear bumps. Hero has 3 ear bumps, a smaller frown and the frown is black.
The lenses have to be green. They can be a pretty dark green, but they have to be green. You can get welder's lens and use that too.

@ Spectre: Hero lenses are smoke/black and bubble outwards, unlike Stunt ones.
The frown on Heros is grey. Black frowns are for ESB/RotJ.

@ Kaze01: It's less effort to go Stunt. The lenses you have are fine, the ears don't need to be replaced either way (3 ears is an EIB requirement for Heros, but for EIB you'd have to replace the whole helmet).

If you feel that the black/smoke bubble lenses seem more 'proper' to you, then you should go Hero. The only other difference is how you hang your holster.

tl;dr - for Stunt =cut an extra tooth out each side
for Hero = get some bubble lenses
